Task and existing conditions
For planned demolition, it must be clearly defined which components are to be removed and what must remain. Material handling routes, adjoining uses and other trades also form part of preparation.
What the service covers
Demolition begins with a clear boundary: which parts are removed, and which remain? Alongside access, controlled removal, material handling routes and adjoining uses are agreed. Plans, known installations and material information make preparation and coordination with other trades easier.
Plan access and the workflow together
For the workflow, we combine access to the damaged area with the practical trade task. We discuss the condition and construction of the existing structure, adjoining components and use of the areas below. Material selection, scope of execution and handovers to other trades are agreed for the specific project.
